Curt Magnuson
Founder & Principal
Curt has over 20 years of experience within the healthcare industry, concentrating in the Finance, Information Technology, Strategy, and Operations areas.

Curt has over 20 years of experience within the healthcare industry, concentrating in the finance, information technology, strategy, and the operations areas. He has worked with numerous acute-care providers, integrated delivery networks, and various Healthcare IT firms to assist in their strategic planning, operations improvement, and evaluating the financial impact of healthcare information technology solutions.
Curt’s in-depth knowledge of hospital operations and finance has assisted clients in making informed strategic and financial decisions with their IT investments. He has extensive experience modeling the financial impact of different Healthcare issues, including Business Intelligence applications, shared-savings financial models, and Population Health Management solutions and has given presentations, locally and nationally, on ARRA and Healthcare Reform. Curt has an MBA from the University of Illinois.
In his spare time, Curt likes to coach his kid’s soccer teams, ski with his family, and is a die hard University of Illinois fan.

Michael is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience supporting customers through different consulting engagements.

Michael is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience supporting customers through different consulting engagements, assisting in business development efforts, and collaborating with sales organizations to effectively engage economic buyers at Healthcare organizations.
His expertise in understanding the financial and operational impact of Healthcare technology investments has helped his customers close sales and has assisted healthcare providers reduce overall IT investment costs. He has comprehensive experience modeling the financial impact of current Healthcare issues such as Population Health Management and the evolving reimbursement environment from FFS to VBC.
Michael is experienced working with all levels of senior leadership at hospitals and physician practices and has been a valued presenter at different seminars and national conferences, including HFMA and HIMSS. Michael has an MBA from Indiana University.
Michael and his wife recently moved from the suburbs to downtown Denver, where they enjoy attending concerts and plays, visiting craft brew pubs, and watching Indiana University sports.
